Completed in 2010, Providence Hall serves as the facility for the School of Pharmacy and Nursing at Union University. The third floor in home to the Union School of Nursing, which includes new health assessment and health skills labs as well as simulation rooms and an operating room setting for nurse anesthesia training. The simulation rooms surround a main control room where the instructors program and operate the simulators, which replicate real-life medical emergencies. The human simulators vary in age from infants to the elderly. A cadaver lab with storage cooler is provided for hands-on dissection and autopsy.

The School of Pharmacy is located on the bottom two floors of Providence Hall and includes pharmacology and animal research labs as well as pharmaceutical simulation labs. Standard lecture halls, student lounges, debriefing rooms, and computational labs are also located in Providence Hall. Fume hoods, laminar flow hoods and biohazard hoods are provided in this area for student and faculty safety.
