  • Project Details:

The University of Tennessee at Martin hired TLM to design new dormitories. The dormitories were funded in two phases. University Village Phase I has an apartment-style design with options for two, three or four bedrooms. The apartments are fully furnished and each apartment includes private bedrooms with private bathrooms. These fully furnished apartments include a private bedroom with a private bathroom. A full-size height-adjustable bed, washer and dryer, full-sized kitchen with appliances and a balcony are also included.

University Village Phase II also offers apartment-style living with options for one, two, three or four bedrooms. The apartments (except for 1 bedroom apartments) are furnished with a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Bathrooms include two sinks and a separate room for showers and toilet facilities. The bedrooms are equipped with extra-long, height-adjustable twin-size beds, dresser, desk, study chair, and closet. The apartments include a common area with living room furniture, a stacked unit washer and dryers, two burner stove tops, and a refrigerator.
