  • Project Details:

Originally built in 1927, the New Southern Hotel in Jackson, Tennessee was added to the U.S. National Register of Historical Places on November 21, 2002. On May 4, 2003, the building experienced substantial damage after a tornado touched down near the hotel. TLM was hired to help restore the landmark building in Downtown Jackson and give it new life.

The restored, 1,938-square foot lobby and second floor lofted reception area offer a sophisticated and elegant location perfect for weddings, reunions, banquets, and more. Floors three through eight were renovated to accommodate HUD Section 8 senior citizens.
