Union University hired TLM Associates to design a new addition to their existing dining facilities for banquets and community events. The 16,905-square foot addition features a grand entrance with the Union crest laser cut into granite tiles on the floor. Immediately upon entering, the University’s Heritage Hall details the entire history of the University through a photographic timeline.

The large banquet room can seat up to 600 people, has integrated sound and video, and has floor to ceiling operable wall panels that can be closed to divide the large room into three “break-out” rooms. Custom carpet and rich paint colors finish out the banquet space. A private dining room for the President is also included with its own reception vestibule for the President to greet his dinner guests. Since completion, the facility has served host to events such as political debates, wedding receptions, fundraiser dinners, and community luncheons.
