Pickwick Electric Cooperative (PEC) serves nearly 25,000 customers in the McNairy/ Hardin County Area. This is a 57-acre site of which 25 acres are utilized for their complete operation. The PEC building contains a 22,000-square foot administrative office, warehouse, maintenance shop, truck parking shed, meter repair shop, pole yard, and other miscellaneous building components.

The PEC building has a full wash bay (covered) and a fueling/lubricating bay. The office building has a dual drive-thru for bill-paying customers and an enclosed walk-in payment lobby. Customer service was very important in the design of the main lobby. Additionally, there is a large meeting/community room that seats over 200 for various events.
