Career Experience

Frank has been a Registered Architect since 1977 and has been a Principal with TLM since 1984. He has been project architect on projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $30 million. Throughout his career in Architecture, Frank has designed numerous types of projects including medical facilities, educational facilities, fire departments, libraries, recreation facilities, law enforcement buildings, correctional facilities, public housing, airport facilities, banks and retail centers, and industrial parks.

He has seen the changes in the industry over the years and his passion for architecture shows through his designs and lasting client relationships. Frank has been awarded the campus architect contract for multiple years with the University of TN at Martin and also serves as the Union University Campus Architect. In addition to educational facilties, Frank has played a key role in the development of Madison County and West TN, designing many local landmark facilities, such as the Jackson City Hall, J. Alexander Leech Criminal Justice Facility and the Tornado Monument, honoring those that lost their lives in the storm of May 2003.
