Career Experience

Nicole joined the TLM team in 2011 where she works with the civil engineering department on project coordination. Her experience includes guiding local governments through TDOT administration required for construction, including: environmental review, ROW, and Title IV compliance. She also provides assistance in preparing project specifications and contract documentation on grant funded projects, such as: TDOT, CDBG, USDA-RD, and TDEC. Additionally, she provides construction administration on a wide variety of projects.

Project Experience

  • Nicole has completed NEPA documentation for several projects since starting with TLM. She is currently working on the NEPA phase with the City of Jackson FE Wright Drive project. Her most recently completed NEPA projects include:
  • Surface Transportation Projects (STP):

  • City of Martin
  • She has also worked with the engineers to assist in utility in coordination on several Transportation Alternatives (TA) projects, Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) projects and Surface Transportation Projects (STP). Nicole’s most recent experience is with the following projects:
