TLM Associates provided Architectural and Engineering design services for Cooper Container II to complete a new building expansion to their existing facility, interior office renovations and site improvements. Cooper Container II manufactures custom corrugated cardboard boxes, with production and distribution sites across the Midwest and upper South. Located in the Industrial Park in Lexington, TN, this building addition created approximately 40 new jobs.
