TLM provided design, bid procurement, and construction administrative services for a new single-story building for Delta Materials Handling. TLM delivered cost-effective design solutions, while maintaining the client’s needs and desired outcome.

The facility accommodates administrative offices and a forklift maintenance shop and was considered Type II-B Construction, unprotected, fully-sprinklered. The structure is composed from a preengineered metal building system serving as the super-structure, and a shallow concrete foundation sub-structure. The building was designed in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC) and meets the regulations of the local authority having jurisdiction.
