Jackson Walk

TLM worked with Healthy Communities, LLC to complete the engineering design for the Jackson Walk Community recently constructed in Jackson, TN. This is a mixed use, 17 acre development consisting of an apartment complex, a dog park, walking trail, an amphitheater, retail shops, a wellness center and an acute care clinic. It also included transportation enhancements with lighting and street trees for the existing surrounding streets. The main challenge of the design for this development was to work within the existing constraints of the surrounding downtown area.
