Trenton Light & Water in Trenton, Tennessee, teamed with TLM to design this new administration building, which includes a storage facility. Our team provided architectural, interior, civil site design, and structural engineering for this 21,542-square-foot facility.
This new facility includes secure tellers, administrative offices, a conference room, a break room, restroom amenities, and plenty of storage.

Mezzanines are included in the administrative building and the storage facility (above right) to allow extra storage for equipment.
