Veteran’s Park 

TLM was retained to assist with the preparation of the TDOT grant, provide budgeting and complete design services, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout for Veteran’s Park in Union City, TN. The project was designed in conjunction with Ritchie Smith Associates, Landscape Architecture.

The projects consist of a 1.2-mile trail, including a 0.75-mile loop around a lake near the industrial park. The park adjoins the VFW Post 4862 and was dedicated as Veterans Park after the completion of this project. The site includes 180 feet of boardwalk through the lake and a handicapped accessible fishing pier, and a 280 square foot pavilion with restroom facilities and picnic seating. The pavilion is open to the public and is available for parties, weddings, and other public gatherings.
