The Bank of Jackson
The Bank of Jackson hired TLM to create the design for their new main branch located on Oil Well Road in Jackson, TN. The owner had specific ideas to create a modern facility that still had the warmth of rich fabrics, carpets, and wood stains.
Welcoming spaces for customers
In the lobby, there is a double sided gas log fireplace where clients can wait for their banking appointments in comfortable club chairs. Before going into the waiting area, clients can stop at the coffee bar and pick up fresh coffee and pastries that are delivered daily to the bank. To take advantage of the expanse of corridors needed to house all of the offices on the second floor, a picture rail system was used along the walls and the bank hosts art shows featuring only local artisans throughout the year. This has proven to be very successful for them and creates a purpose for non-clients to enter their doors and take part in The Bank of Jackson experience.
Blending traditional & modern
Special care was taken when selecting every material used in this bank. We worked together closely with the owner's representative to create a space that they are still proud of every single day. Although it is a modern styled facility, the eclectic blend of traditional and modern materials with warm colors made a space where employees and clients are both comfortable.
