TLM began as an engineering firm in 1964 with founders Earl Thompson, David Loyd, and Jim Metz and has since grown to provide Architecture and Engineering design services throughout West Tennessee and has since grown to a full team of architects, engineers, interior designers, drafters, inspectors and administrative professionals.

It is important to us at TLM that we work with our clients throughout the entirety of the project, which includes all phases of planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance, including cost control. Our team consists of TLM staff, specialty sub-consultants, the owner’s representatives and any necessary, authorized regulatory agencies.

Our employees commute to Jackson from across West Tennessee, including Paris, Milan, Martin, Medina, Humboldt, and Henderson. We are all proud of each or our home towns and feel truly privileged to be a part of making all of West Tennessee a better place to live, work, play, and learn. We’re committed to giving back to these places through leadership on boards, volunteer hours, and financial donations.
We do business as either “TLM Associates, Inc.” or “TLM Design Group” as required by the professional licensing laws of individual states. In the State of Mississippi, we practice as TLM, PLLC Ginger French, principal architect.
