TLM was hired by owners Eric & Christy Allen to renovate a building located on Court Square in Downtown Trenton, TN that needed significant repair. When TLM arrived, the facade of the building was noticeably deteriorating following years of extensive water damage.

We worked with Hal Crocker of Crocker Construction as the Construction Manager to complete the renovations within the limited timeline and budget for the project. The historic details that were concealed in prior renovations were all brought back to life, including the recovery of the interior’s exposure of the original, beautiful brick walls.
