Healthcare Access in Rural West Tennessee
TLM was selected by West TN Healthcare to complete the planning and design for a series of clinics across West TN in rural communities that no longer have a local hospital to serve them. The first two clinics are located in Trenton and Lexington.
Warm, Inviting Interiors
A blend of cedar wood siding and natural stone create a modern, rustic feel that is carried throughout the interior of the facility. A custom birch tree focal wall paired with warm slate floors greet you as you enter the lobby space. The overall design is intended to make the patients feel like they are not at a medical center.
A multi-tenant facility
Off of the lobby are three separate entrances for the building tenants. The facility houses an urgent care clinic, a pharmacy, and Sports Plus rehab center. All tenant spaces are fire separated and allowed to be leased out to non-WTH operations. The clinic space operates as an urgent care facility and has ambulance access from the rear entry. The pharmacy also has access to through a drive-thru, lobby walk-ins, and an access counter into the clinic space. The facility opened for business in January 2016.
