TLM Associates provided Architectural and Engineering design services for Cooper Container II to complete a new building expansion to their existing facility, interior office renovations and site improvements. Cooper Container II manufactures custom corrugated cardboard boxes, with production and distribution sites across the Midwest and upper South. Located in the Industrial Park in Lexington, TN, this building addition created approximately 40 new jobs.

The Cooper Container Expansion project consisted of a 104,000 sq. ft. building expansion designed to increase capacity and efficiency. Inside, the project included a 2,000 sq. ft. interior office renovation to modernize and enhance workspace functionality. The facility was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building, providing both durability and flexibility for future needs. A floor slab rated for forklift traffic supports daily operations, while high rack storage maximizes vertical space. To further improve logistics, new loading docks were added, and the entire expansion was equipped with fire protection to ensure safety throughout the facility.
