TLM’s civil engineering team provides design solutions for private, municipal, and industrial clients across West Tennessee. Our services include site development, roadway and bridge design, water and sewer rehabilitation, parks and recreational facilities, and downtown enhancements. Every project balances technical precision, environmental responsibility, and practical application.
Our site development experience includes projects for public and private clients such as Discovery Park of America, Lift Wellness Center, and the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads. Each site required careful planning for grading, drainage, utilities, and access. Industrial projects such as the Northwest Tennessee Regional Industrial Park in Union City reflect TLM’s ability to deliver large-scale, infrastructure-driven designs that position communities for future growth.
TLM helps communities improve recreation and quality of life through the design of parks, trails, greenways, and downtown spaces, and we regularly assist municipalities in securing grant funding to make these projects possible. Our work includes Veterans Park, the Downtown Martin Splash Pad, Medina City Park, Humboldt Downtown Park, and the Downtown Paris Mini Park, along with downtown enhancement projects in Trenton, Parsons, Martin, and Linden. The Medina City Park project includes pickleball courts, a splash pad, playgrounds, ball fields, a concession station with restrooms, and a walking trail.
Transportation and utility infrastructure remain core areas of TLM’s practice. Our work includes Dr. F.E. Wright Drive, State Route 104, and resurfacing projects throughout the region. Many municipalities across West Tennessee operate water and sewer systems that have exceeded their expected lifespan, and TLM provides engineering for sewer collection and treatment, water distribution and treatment, and system rehabilitation. We maintain long-standing relationships with funding agencies and are experienced in navigating loan and grant programs, helping clients complete infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
