TLM was commissioned by the Decatur County School District to design a new Performing Arts Center. This facility, located on the Riverside High School campus, was intended primarily for school performances but also serves as a community venue, with scheduling managed through the school system.
Thanks to a generous donation from a local businessman, the project received significant funding, and the theater was honorably named after his brother, a former theater teacher in the Decatur County school system.

The 17,000-square-foot facility features 539 fixed seats on the main level. The spacious lobby offers an inviting gathering area suitable for shows or community events, complete with space for tables and chairs. Additional amenities include concessions stand, ticket booth, a cloakroom, and public restrooms. The thoughtfully finished theater is equipped with a large stage, dressing rooms, a catwalk, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting booths to support various productions.
