TLM was selected by Union City, Tennessee, to provide engineering services for improvements to the Northwest Tennessee Regional Industrial Center. The improvements included grading 18 acres in accordance with City code requirements and with TDEC standards, to create a pad-ready site for a 105,000 square foot industrial building with room for expansion to 200,000 square feet. In addition to site grading, drainage infrastructure was designed and installed for a detention pond.
