When the City of Parsons Water Works needed improvements to its Water Treatment Plant, TLM Associates was chosen as the designer. These upgrades included a new storage building and clearwell plans, the addition of a vestibule with an electrical room, and a new settling basin. A new 12’ x 15’ storage building was added to house chemicals used for the treatment plant made with CMU walls. Plans for a new clearwell were also included.
An addition to the main building added a new vestibule with an electrical room where electric panels were relocated, along with the addition of new electrical panels and a new settling basin was also designed and built. TLM provided civil, architectural, and structural services, using subconsultants for mechanical and electrical. This project used State Revolving Funds.
