Serving nearly 22,000 homes and businesses across its region, Pickwick Electric Cooperative in Selmer, Tennessee, needed a new facility to better serve its growing customer base. TLM designed a modern headquarters east of Selmer that provides ample space for operations, customer access, and future growth.

Situated on a 200-acre site, the new cooperative campus features five structures designed to streamline service, enhance efficiency, and support long-term expansion. The main office, spanning 33,145 square feet, houses multiple departments, a safe room, and a state-of-the-art emergency operations center. It also includes a spacious community meeting room, drive-thru, large work areas, and covered vehicle parking.
