TLM partnered with Union University to bring the vision for the new McAfee School of Business to life, a 40,000 sqft, three-story facility designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of business education. The building will serve as the future home for Business, Engineering, and Computer Science, positioning students at the intersection of ideas, technology, and real-world application.
The first floor, known as The Hub, is designed as an active center for collaboration, free enterprise, and creative exploration. Key features include an Innovation Gallery for showcasing student work, a Maker’s Space equipped with 3D printers and laser cutters, an Entrepreneurship Studio, community learning spaces, a student commons, and a Financial and Analytics Center complete with a stock ticker and a 32-seat computer lab.
Thoughtful design details, such as curved windows facing Pleasant Plains Extended with a uniquely integrated cross shape, honor the university’s mission while reflecting a forward-thinking academic environment. The Ethos Forum stands as a dynamic campus addition built to support the next generation of leaders, creators, and innovators.
